43rd Annual Saratoga Antique Bottle Show And Sale
The Bottle Show is the Museums chief fundraiser and features all types of antique bottles and related items. Attendees are encouraged to bring in their empty old bottles for identification. Bottles with contents please photograph. The show gives the Museum an opportunity to promote the fun and interesting hobby of bottle collecting, and people can learn from other collectors how and where to locate old bottles on their property that may have been a part of there families history. The Bottle Museum will be open for those wishing to learn a little more about the history of bottles and the glassblowing industry. The JRM artists space on the second floor will also be open with a showing of The Art Of The Bottle VI, with all art having a bottle thyme. Refreshments and food available on site provided by the Brickyard Tavern and Grill. Parking is free. Admission $5.00, children 12 and under free. The National Bottle Museum is a not for profit 501 (c) (3) educational institution chartered by the NYS Education Dept dedicated to the preservation and history of bottles and the glassblowing industry.
