Back by popular demand! Join us for another 4-week metalworking workshop led by instructor Liz Jackson, in collaboration with Bryn Athyn College.
Iron has a long history of uses. There are many examples of using iron around the home, from coat hooks and kitchenware to gates and railings. This workshop will teach you the basics of using a forge and anvil to make functional everyday items. Whether you prefer practical or something with a bit more flair, you will have the chance to make forged objects with your own hands.
This workshop is designed for beginners, however, attendees who joined us last year or who have prior metal forging experience are welcome and will be accommodated with more advanced projects.
All attendees must sign a Waiver of Liability. Attendees under 18 will need to have a parent or guardian complete their waiver.
