26th Annual Original Mattress Factory Bedrace for Bridging
The Original Mattress Factory Bedrace for Bridging will zip down Buck Hill in Burnsville, Minn. (15400 Buck Hill Road) starting at 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024. On-site registration opens at the hill at 3:30 p.m. Gather your teammates and register now to join the challenge and begin raising funds for Bridging.
This year marks the 26th anniversary of this wild winter event that has raised more than
$1.5 million dollars over the years to support Bridging's mission. During the race, creatively dressed teams of four zip down the tubing hill atop custom-covered queen mattresses.
Bridging is a Minnesota-based nonprofit furniture bank that assists more than 5,000 families annually as they pursue housing stability and furnishes homes with hope.
Registering a team is free and once teams raise the minimum fundraising amount ($400 per team) they'll be invited to participate in this year's Original Mattress Factory Bedrace for Bridging.
Prize packs are awarded to the teams that raise the most funds, fastest race times, and most creative costumes.
