2025 Journal Industry Awards
Arizona School of Real Estate & Business (ASREB) is proud to announce the upcoming 10th Annual Journal Industry Awards, which recognize the most esteemed professionals in the Arizona real estate industry for their contributions and achievements within the field and their communities.
What to Expect:
The Journal Industry Awards have been a highly anticipated annual event in the Arizona real estate community for ten years. This year's ceremony promises to bring together over 200 top performers from the local real estate sector. It is an excellent opportunity to connect with key industry players, gain insights from thought leaders, and celebrate their outstanding achievements in 2024.
Featured Thought Leaders and Speakers:
Lance Billingsley is the host of the 13% Podcast and Vice President of Development at Navi Title. Lance brings over 20 years of real estate experience, including leading Zillow’s national valuation strategy. A former national coach with Tom Ferry and a certified Arizona instructor since 2013, Lance is known for his leadership in agent development, operational scale, and real estate innovation. Lance will be discussing the consumer experience and how different areas of real estate connect.
Rachel Krill is a top-performing real estate agent and consultant with over 20 years of experience. Rachel personally closes over 50 homes annually and is recognized among the Top 200 agents in the Phoenix Metro Area. She is consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in Arizona and specializes in VA loans, helping veterans and their families find the perfect home. Rachel will be leading a talk titled Wealth Begins Within: How Happiness Fuels Financial Success.
The Scottsdale Saguaros, an Arizona-based organization supporting children’s charities, will lead a presentation on giving back to the community and their upcoming events involving residential and commercial real estate agents.
