2025 Heritage Oak Cliff Fall Home Tour

They will be open from noon to 5 p.m. from October 25 - 26. The neighborhoods represented on the tour include Kessler Park, East Kessler, Kessler Plaza, Kiestwood Estates, Kings Highway, Stevens Park Village, and Lake Cliff. There is something for everybody on the tour so bring your friends and family! The Heritage Oak Cliff Fall Home Tour is a vital event for Oak Cliff. Funds raised from the tour support Oak Cliff neighborhoods through grants for neighborhood beautification, street sign toppers, tree reforestation, neighborhood websites, community events, and more. Last year, the tour raised over $50,000! Tickets purchased online will be available for pickup at Ticket Central located at the Kessler School (1822 W. 10th Street) from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 25 or Sunday, October 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tickets cannot be picked up at individual tour homes. Get your tickets now for this incredible tour! Heritage Oak Cliff members receive a discount on advance purchase tickets! Tickets will be $40 on the day of the tour for everyone except for seniors over 65, their tickets will be $20. This year we have a special Patron ticket which includes the tour and admission to the Patron Party at an amazing East Kessler home! Ticket Prices: General Public – $40.00 Tickets for the general public who are not HOC members. HOC Member – $35.00 Tickets for those who are a member of Heritage Oak Cliff. Patron – $75.00 This ticket level includes the tour and the Home Tour Patron party on October 23rd in East Kessler. Seniors – $20.00 For those who are 65 or older.
