Space is limited to the first 32 teams of four registered.
All players must be a Lakewood resident.

$95/person registration includes: wine, food pairings and end of play eats, all contests, and after party!

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO:
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE LAKEWOOD RESIDENTS. You will register a team of 4 and give your name and address on the registration form. Fees will be charged to your LPOA account. Two Foursomes will be paired per hole for a total of 8 players per hole. There will be space to state the other 4some you request to be paired with. You must provide address for all 4 players. Residency will be verified.
