The College of Architecture at Illinois Institute of Technology invites all to attend a thought provoking lecture about the future of dense cities, the economics of architecture, and the the importance of building housing for the middle class, with Johanna Hurme and Sasa Radulovic, co-partners at the Winnipeg, Canada-based 5468796 Architecture.
Hurme and Radulovic have already walked the halls of S. R. Crown Hall as the 2019 Victor A. Morgenstern Family Visiting Co-Chairs. They founded 5468796 Architecture together in 2007, and have distinguished themselves with an impressive portfolio of mixed use and residential architecture with an emphasis on adaptive re-use of materials.
The two will speak at the Center Core of S. R. Crown Hall at 5 p.m. on February 7.
