2024 Pima County Community Land Trust Homeownership Fair
As a proud member of a local non-profit, Pima County Community Land Trust (PCCLT), we’re dedicated to providing affordable housing for low to moderate income individuals and families; fostering community revitalization, and supporting families in achieving sustainable homeownership. We strongly believe homeownership is a critical tool for wealth building, neighborhood stabilization and overall wellness. Our support also helps families avoid losing their homes to foreclosure and eviction.
In honor of national homeownership month, we’re excited to announce our 2nd annual Homeownership Fair, on Saturday, June 8th at the El Rio Neighborhood Center. This event will allow the community to discover the benefits of our community land trust model for affordable homeownership, meet with counselors to discuss homeownership opportunities, hear about solar energy grants and maintenance subsidies, and learn about mortgage options, down payment assistance and financial planning. There will be lots of community resources, industry experts, free food, raffles and fun for the kids.
