2024 Denver Veterans Day Run, Parade & Festival
On Saturday, Nov. 9, Colorado Veterans Project, one of the largest veteran-related nonprofits in Colorado, will host the annual Denver Veterans Day Run, Parade & Festival. The official Veterans Day events for the city of Denver will invite participants to enjoy a day filled with patriotic celebrations, including the Denver Veterans Day Run prior to the parade, followed by a family-friendly Festival, all while supporting our heroes!
The 16th Annual Denver Veterans Day Run, recognized as “Denver’s Run for Veterans Day” by Mayor Mike Johnson, is open to runners, joggers, walkers, kids of all ages and canine supporters. In addition to the 5K and 10K courses, there is also the 10K Rippetoe Rucksack Challenge, which honors Army Capt. Russel B. Rippetoe and allows participants to go the extra mile in support of our veterans.
