2023 National Tartan Day Reception and Award
The National Capital Tartan Day Committee and the Scottish Coalition, USA invite all interested parties to the 25th Anniversary Tartan Day Reception. This year’s reception includes a Scottish Whisky tasting, a Scottish Salmon tasting station and this year’s Tartan Day Award presentation. This year’s awardees are the Honorable John J. Duncan, Jr. (R-TN ret.) and the Honorable Mike McIntyre (D-NC ret.) for their work on the establishment of Tartan Day and the Congressional Scottish Caucus.
