1st Annual Ball- The Pride Ball - Benefiting 'Life is Work!'
The Pride Ball is a formal gala and visual celebration of inclusivity, identity, opulence, and progress, benefiting Life Is Work, a nonprofit organization supporting transgender, gender-diverse, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Taking place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Water Tower Place, FashionBar Level 3, this elevated evening will celebrate self-expression, authenticity, community, and resilience through fashion, music, performance, and recognition.
Guests will experience curated runway presentations, live dance performances, ballroom, voguing, music by Ariana DJ, light bites, a cash bar, and an award ceremony at 7:45 PM recognizing individuals and organizations advancing LGBTQIA+ visibility and advocacy.
The Pride Ball is more than an event. It is a celebration created to honor identity, uplift creative expression, and recognize the voices of transgender, non-binary, queer, gender-diverse, and LGBTQIA+ communities. Through fashion, performance, music, and community recognition, the evening brings together guests, artists, designers, advocates, and community leaders in a formal red carpet setting.
The theme, The Pride Ball: A Celebration of Identity, Opulence, and Progress, reflects the spirit of the evening. Guests are invited to arrive in formal, fashion-forward attire and celebrate the beauty of authenticity while supporting the continued work of Life Is Work.
Life Is Work is dedicated to empowering transgender, gender-diverse, and LGBTQIA+ individuals through supportive services, housing resources, health resources, education, and career opportunities. By benefiting Life Is Work, The Pride Ball helps support programming and services that create meaningful impact for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities.
The Pride Ball also honors the legacy of the LGBTQIA+ rights movement while centering current and future voices within transgender, non-binary, and queer communities. Pride is more than a month. It is a year-round commitment to visibility, celebration, advocacy, and change.
Formal, fashion-forward attire is required. Guests are expected to dress appropriately for a red carpet gala.
