The name for the festival comes naturally to its founder, Dr. Jerry Vernose, as it goes hand-in-hand with his passion for the art of homemade winemaking and his Italian heritage.Food, music, and wine tastings are included in the event. Proceeds go to a scholarship fund supporting the educational needs of South Philadelphia students. Tickets are $45 in person in advanced, $50 online (S/H included), and $50 at the gate.Sponsorship opportunities are available.
