12th Annual Head for the Cure 5K - Chicago
Join us on Sunday, October 5th, 2025 at Diversey Harbor for a morning of hope, community, and connection at the 12th Annual Head for the Cure 5K – Chicago. This inspiring, family-friendly event welcomes runners, walkers, survivors, caregivers, and supporters of all ages to come together in the fight against brain cancer.
Enjoy a scenic 5K course along the lakefront, an uplifting opening ceremony, special recognitions for survivors and caregivers, and a lively post-race celebration with music, vendors, and activities for the whole family.
Proceeds directly benefit brain cancer research and patient programs at Advocate Health and Northwestern Medicine, helping advance care and bring us closer to a cure.
