11th Annual Family Pet Fair & Blessing of the Pets
Join us for this free family event!! Bring your pet and enter the "Best in Show" contest hosted by Katie Jeffries of First Coast News. Stop by the Green Dog Spa booth and get your pet a free nail trim, ear cleaning and bandana. Visit our “Ask the Trainer” booth or attend one of the group sessions and get free training advice from certified dog trainer, Kate Godfrey CPDT-KA, owner of Comprehensive Canine Training. Visit the Animal Care & Protective Services booth and pick up a voucher for a $10 micro-chip for your pet. Adopt a new best friend from Animal Care & Protective Services, London Sanctuary, Suncoast Bassett Rescue, K-9’s for Warriors, or Bebettes Bunny Rescue. There will be Kids activities by Epic Outreach and Radiant Learning Collective. Local honey and native plants for sale from Lark Native Plants. Awesome eats by Berry Good Farms Food Truck. Vendors for pets and people, a Charity Pop-Up Shop, and the Blessing of the Pets by Bishop John Oliver & Father Bob Bevans-Kerr, St. Philip Neri Ecumenical Church, at 1:15pm.
Proceeds raised from the event help the Animal Ministry support local pet rescues and families with pets that need medical care but can’t afford it. Our efforts keep pets in homes and out of shelters.
