Adult Movement Intensive at Colorado Movement Lab

This week-long intensive gives bountiful opportunities for adult dancers to train at a rigorous level, and participate in professionally produced performances and showcases. The Adult Movement Intensive encompasses all aspects of a professional dance intensive, with classes ranging from Ballet, Pointe, Repertoire, Variations, Pilates, Jazz, Contemporary, Ankle Health, Conditioning, and much more. Additionally, all participants are able to perform in a concluding showcase, with rehearsal times built into the intensive. The ending performance welcomes friends and family of the participants, as well as the general public. Enrollment for CML’s Adult Movement Intensive is now open, and new students are encouraged to reach out with questions. CML is ready to help curate the dance journey of all, and looks forward to continuing to merge healthy dance training with an emphasis on personal wellness.
