Helmed by Chef Devon Quinn, Eden is a contemporary American restaurant rooted in fresh, seasonal fare. Whether sourcing his ingredients from his own onsite greenhouse - tended to year-round - or from local purveyors and farmers - guests can expect the bright, clean flavors for which Chef Quinn has become known. On New Year’s Eve, Eden will offer its full a la carte dinner menu beginning at 5 p.m., alongside a selection of decadent specials designed to close out 2024 on the highest of notes. They include:

Chocolate Mousse Bombe
Chocolate mousse, milk chocolate glaze, feuillentine, whipped vanilla ganache, Black Currant Gastrique, Tuile cookie.
Vegan Almond Tart
Vegan almond tart shell with Almond Ganache, Orange Clementine jam, Blood Orange Sorbet, Almond Coconut Cream.
