Sunday Supper: German Night Is Back!
Join us for Sunday Supper, where we change the theme each week, almost like a pop-up. This week, we're bringing back one of your favorite themes: German Night. Eric is making brats, Sam is making soft pretzel bites, and Jason is making sauerkraut for this feast. And that's just for starters...
GERMAN SNACK PLATE - Soft pretzels bites from Sam. House bratwurst bites from Eric. Spundekäs, a seasoned cream cheese dip. Gherkins.
SALAD - Torn local lettuces. Shredded carrot salad. Pickled beets. Creamy salad dressing. Fresh dill.
RÄHMSCHNITZEL - Brined pork tenderloin, pounded thin and breaded, then topped with a creamy mushroom sauce made with a splash of German white wine. Served with: Spaetzle (house made Swabian egg noodles) & Lolo sauerkraut
GERMAN COOKIE TRIO - A delicious trio of traditional German cookies from Pastry Chef Sam.
Featured wines and fun cocktails will also be available for purchase, along with additional options from our wine list.
