Healthy Kids Day is a national initiative focused on improving the health and well-being of kids and families. Our local Healthy Kids Day will teach healthy habits, encourage active play and inspire a lifetime love of physical activity. Activities include family group ex classes, field day competitions, nutrition station, and bounce house.
