Hit pause before the holidays with a restorative workshop designed to support you all Winter long!
You are invited to Rest, Root, Rise: A Winter Wellness Workshop, on Sat. Dec. 6, 2025. 1:30-4:30pm. We will gather in the sunlit, spacious Community Room at Hendrick Hudson Free Library for a full afternoon of self-care.
De-stress your body & brain while we explore:
→ Soothing gentle yoga led by Mareesa Nicosia, certified Kripalu Yoga teacher
→ Stress-reduction skills, led by therapist Tatyana Krychkina, LCSW
→ Grounding breathwork
→ Reflective journaling prompts
→ Uplifting music and poetry
