Baltimore Medical System 40th Anniversary Event
Baltimore Medical System (BMS), the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system in Maryland, is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2024, marking four decades of going beyond medicine and providing accessible, high-quality healthcare, health education and social support to the local community.
To commemorate this milestone, BMS is hosting “Forty & Fabulous: A Legacy of Care,” a special evening event on Tuesday, October 4, 2024. The celebration will take place from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Lofts at Yard 56 (560 Bayview Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21224). Attendees will enjoy food, drink, a silent auction, and a program honoring BMS’s history, impact, and dedication to serving Baltimore’s vulnerable populations. Tickets are priced at $100 per person and are available for purchase online here.
Established in 1984, today BMS operates eight health centers, five pharmacies, and eight school-based health sites in Baltimore, serving more than 63,000 patients annually.
