Chef Nick Elmi’s ITV (In the Valley) will be hosting an event to benefit Project Black & Blue, an initiative founded by Craftmade Aprons to provide assistance to industry workers suffering from mental, physical and/or financial stress.
Starting at 8 p.m., ITV will donate $2 from every “Konrad No. 4” cocktail sold— a blend of Maker’s Mark, Cynar, St. Germain and Cocchi di Torino — to Project Black and Blue. ITV will also donate $1 from every Miller High Life sold. For folks that don’t drink alcohol, $1 from every Liquid Death Mountain Water can sold will also be donated to the cause.
