The Central Maryland Ecumenical Council (CMEC) will hold its 17th Annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Awards Breakfast on Monday, November 25th, from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the Ednor II Apartments at Stadium Place, 1050 E. 33rd Street in Baltimore. The theme is 'Journey to a Healthier Environment for All.' The public is invited.
The Breakfast is co-sponsored by Interfaith Power and Light (DC, MD, No.VA). A Kosher or vegetarian breakfast will be served.
At the event, the Jacob B. Agus Interfaith Leadership Award will be presented to the Pearlstone Center and Maryland Catholics for Our Common Home. The Rev. Bryce W. Shoemaker Ecumenical Leadership Award will be presented to Thomas Stoner of Nature Sacred. Live music also will be provided.
