This program consists of 12 sessions. Each session at 45minuts to 1 hour during this time we would undergo various One of many training modalities or protocols per session. This program is tailored to assist you in achieving the peak of your health and wellness goal.

Group Fitness camp / Booth camp
Group Fitness sessions are created to bring a holistic and generalized training experienced to persons interested in weight management and general health. These programs are a mixture of
1. Cardio aerobics
2. Cross-fit
3. HIIT
4. Kickboxing
5. Calisthenics
6. Dynamic floor work.
All executed at a preset location
Location (8800 Georgia Av Woodside park)
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 6 pm.

This Program Consists of 8 sessions. Each session at 30 minutes to 45 minutes long. These Programs are catered to assist people who are new to the world of fitness. The Guided workout helps by adding structure to your already establish workout goal. With two sessions of personal instruction a week for a period of 4 weeks (less you chose to reapply), you can progress in your already established workout routine in a safe and controlled manner. This Program can be done indoors or outdoor with the established training modalities and protocol mentioned below.

What to expect?
1. Before your sessions a set phone consultation would take place this conversation would involve set question to assess you readiness for the program. Once we have establish your predetermined goals
2. An email would follow setting the expectation for the program also outlining some concerns that we may have covered during our phone call
3. The email would also contain a various forms of which much be filled out and retuned before or upon your training starts date
4. Finally, you’re set. Your assigned coach would meet you at your assigned training location.
What do you need?
1. Workout Mats
2. Water
3. Towel
4. Work out Gloves (optional)
For these programs clients are allotted 8, 10 or 12 sessions total, in the probable event of rain or any other extreme or unsafe weather conditions that session(s) would be postponed to the next workout Block. Coaches would laze with their respective groups or clients or accommodate accordingly.
