What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We started Atrix with the goal of helping homeowners fix common problems of aging homes by using our knowledge of building principles and science. Not only does this save homeowners money, it makes a healthier and more comfortable home environment!
What do you love most about your job?
Helping customers understand their homes and prioritize the most cost-effective solutions based on their unique needs. Sometimes solving comfort issues isn’t expensive or complicated—and often there are rebates and tax credits to help cover the costs!
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
As a business, we put customers first, and work hard to get the job completed promptly without ever sacrificing quality. The best feedback our staff receives is how hard-working we are—especially when the homeowner can already notice improvements part-way through the process.
