Boot Camp:

45 to 60 minutes of moderate to intense exercises ranging from HIIT Training, Cardio,

Kickboxing, strength training, dumbbells, bands, you name it. Classes will begin with a warm up followed by stretching, and then straight into the workout. Get ready to burn plenty of calories and get stronger with the others around you.

Please bring water or any other equipment you may need.

Personal Training:

45 to 60 minutes of workouts designed specifically for you to help achieve your personal fitness goals. Your goals as well as your strengths and weaknesses will be discussed with the trainers, in order to figure out the best way to reach success. Our job is also to make sure that you won’t get injured while training.

Please bring water or any other equipment you may need.

Deep Tissue Massages:

A 15 minute massage intended to relax tight or strained muscles. These massages involve deep strokes and applied pressure towards your inner muscles and tissues. These massages will ultimately prevent muscle pains and stiffness.
