This session is a full body healing package that uses essential oils and reiki to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Essential touch is a form of aromatherapy which helps balances, releases stress, and relaxes the body. During the session I use 8 different type of essential oils on the body to promote healing. Reiki helps boost your mood, heals the body, and releases stress. This session includes essential touch, reiki, hot towels, and trager.
45 min Distant Healing Session
A distant reiki session will be online or over the phone.Reiki heals beyond space and time working on all levels and dimensions. Everything is connected and we're all one. A distant reiki session is just as powerful as a in-person session. During the session I will be focusing sending the client healing energy to promote health and wellness. Also I use a crystal grid to align your chakras, cleanse your energy field, and to release stress. Treat yourself to a session in the comfort of your home.
