One 60-minute Reiki Session
One 90-minute Essential Touch and Reiki Session
45 min Chakra Balancing Session
Choose from 45 or 60 minute sessions where Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. I also offer a 90 minute full body healing session with essential oils. This session includes reiki, essential oils, hot towels, and crystal healing. I use eight different essential oils to help reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and soothe sore joints. After that, I start the Reiki session to help balance the emotional, mental, and physical body. At the end of the Reiki, session clients could feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and peaceful.
