Please be sure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you do not arrive within your 10 minute grace period, you will be charged a $20 late fee that must be paid via cash or credit prior to services beginning. Appointment arrivals more than 15 minutes late, will be CANCELLED with NO EXCEPTIONS. No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in 50% of your service total being charged. A non-refundable 20% deposit is mandatory to book an appointment and will be credited to your service total. Remaining balances can be paid via cash or credit upon arrival prior to services beginning. As a courtesy no extra guests are allowed including children, unless they are also being serviced.
