What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
It seems to be the trend to focus on either nutrition, or exercise, or spiritual wellness. I believe in treating each client as a whole. Whole Body Wellness means a healthier you.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a new member at the local gym, I was given a tour, weighed and measured, and given a tutorial of the basic machinery. What I didn’t get was “the interview.” The interview is crucial. Knowing what you need and what you want to get out of your program is the key.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people bloom. Whether they are 6 or 60, everyone is on their own personal journey in life. Seeing people change the way they view food, exercise, and life is a major reward.
