When you come off either 395 or 295, continue on S Howard St. Turn right on W Pratt S and left on Calvert St. The garage entrance is on the left side. When you exit 83, proceed down Lombard St and turn left on Light St. the garage entrances are on the left side of Light St. The official building address is 100 East Pratt St.
