SETTLE and Chocolate with Jess Pfeffer & Xocolatl
This unique gathering combines gentle, embodied practices with a guided chocolate tasting — designed to root you into the present moment and expand your appreciation for the plant that gives us chocolate: Theobroma cacao.
We’ll begin with SETTLE — a grounding practice led by Jess Pfeffer that includes:
Breathwork and nervous system regulation

A calming container for slowing down and coming home to yourself
Then, we’ll move into a rich and mindful chocolate tasting, where you will:
