To celebrate the patio’s official re-opening, chef and owner Doug Turbush will offer guests the chance to enjoy his beloved lobster rolls every Saturday this summer, beginning June 7th, during lunch and dinner services for dine-in guests only. In addition to the restaurant’s a la carte offerings, the Lobster Camp menu will feature the restaurant’s refreshing white sangria alongside Chef Turbush’s signature Lobster Rolls, available to order Connecticut-style (with drawn butter) or Maine-style (with housemade lemon mayo). Both lobster rolls feature fresh Maine lobster and are served on a griddled brioche roll with a side of chips and a pickle spear.
