Ages 8-12: Learn about mindfulness and self-compassion through activities, games, music, and short meditations in this 4-session series with Wendy O'Leary, mindfulness expert, and Sheryl Black, LICSW. Leave with resources to better understand your emotions and to take good care of yourself and your feelings when things are hard.
Though each session can stand alone, children will benefit most by participating in the entire series.
No registration required, but space is limited, so come early to guarantee a spot.
