Face Bling with Glitter Girls
The dog days of summer are almost here, so join us as we Celebrate Summer at the Frances Perkins Branch! Sign up for our summer reading challenge (you can win prizes!) and get your face blinged by the Glitter Girls while you're there.
Open to all ages. No registration required, but space is limited so come early to guarantee a spot.
