Solar Eclipse Viewing at the Worcester Common
Worcester will experience more that 90% obscuration during the 2024 Solar Eclipse!
Meet us on the Worcester Common beginning at 2 pm to receive your own pair of free eclipse glasses (while supplies last*). We’ll also have a glasses decorating station, lawn games, books and more!
Maximum eclipse viewing expected at 3:28 pm.
*Eclipse glasses are limited and will be available beginning at 2 pm on the Common on a first come, first served basis. Must be in-person to receive glasses. 1 pair per person.
*Seating is limited, lawn chairs are recommended.
In the event of inclement weather, eclipse glasses will be available in the ellipse on the first floor near the Franklin Street exit.
