The Upton History Museum and Historical Society is pleased to sponsor local author Wayne Miller for a presentation of his highly touted “Burn Boston Burn” that documents the harrowing ring of professional arsonists who terrorized the Boston area in the early 1980’s, torching 264 buildings over a two-year period ! This one massive case was caused by 9 men, including 3 Boston cops and a Boston firefighter. Miller, a retired ATF Special Agent, led the way in investigating this arson ring, ultimately leading to the largest, the most complicated, and the most rewarding arrests in the history of arson investigation. His expertise in forensics, fire investigation, firearms and explosives investigation is second to none, having been involved in over 2,300 different crime scenes.
Mr. Miller will present to the audience his thrilling story that is soon to become a major motion film.
