Philly Ad Club Morning Seminar "Celebrating Philadelphia"

This morning seminar will be an opportunity for the Philly Ad Club membership to come together and "Honor Philadelphia"? that we all love and call home to our thriving businesses. We will celebrate the focus that is to be placed upon our city with the coming of the Democratic National Convention and the position we will hold on the "World Stage"? for four glorious days in July.
The group discussion will touch on the excitement of having "All Eyes on Philadelphia,? the challenges and rewards of having the DNC here, and the importance of bringing Philadelphia into the limelight- plus some insights into the political arena, visitors/tourism endeavors, and the overall gains for the city
The event would also cover a strong perspective on "Advocacy for Philadelphia� and the lessons learned from all of this as it relates to the DNC and the future of our city
Speakers include:
- Keynote speaker: Governor Ed Rendell will share insights into the challenges and excitement of holding the DNC in Philadelphia, as well as some reflections on his key role in bringing the RNC to Philadelphia 16 years ago
- Panelists: Meryl Levitz, President/CEO, Visit Philadelphia; and Kevin Washo, Executive Director, Host Committee for the 2016 DNC
