Acton's July 4th Celebration at NARA Park

Free event located at the NARA Amphitheater (75 Quarry Rd., Acton). 5:00 p.m. Shuttle Buses start from Nagog Park Drive designated parking lot bus stops 5:00 p.m. Food Vendors open 7:00 p.m.. Full production concert featuring Best Friends Girl - the #1 Cars Tribute. 8:00 p.m. Intermission, Rec. Dept. Volunteer of the Year Award, Quick Announcements 8:15 -9:30 p.m. Best Friends Girl Continues 9:30 p.m. Fireworks by Pyrotechico PARKING: IMPORTANT TO NOTE: PARKING IS OFF-SITE (EXCLUDING HANDICAP) AT BUSINESSES ALONG NAGOG PARK DRIVE IN ACTON. FREE - DESIGNATED SHUTTLE BUSES WILL STOP ALONG NAGOG DRIVE BEGINNING AT 5 PM UNTIL THE PARK HAS CLEARED AFTER THE FIREWORKS. SHUTTLE BUSES WILL PICK UP THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE TRANSPORTED TO AND FROM THEIR VEHICLE - THIS IS A FREE SERVICE. SHUTTLE SERVICE BEGINS AT 5 P.M. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVE TO ACCESS THE PARK: AT THE END OF NAGOG PARK DRIVE IS THE ENTRANCE TO THE TOWN FOREST TRAIL AT THE CIRCLE. THIS IS A 10 MINUTE TRAIL (DIRT/CLEARED) WALKWAY THAT MEETS WITH THE NORTH END OF NARA PARK. THIS TRAIL WALK IS THE SUGGESTED ACCESS TO AND FROM AND THE EVENT. THE TRAIL IS LIGHTED THROUGHOUT FOR THE NIGHT. NOT REQUIRED - BUT ENCOURAGED -- PLEASE PRE-REGISTER ON EVENTBRITE (NO COST) IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND. You do not need to bring a print-out or show your eventbrite registration. If in the event of a cancellation or urgent update, we can notify you easily. ALL PRE-REGISTRANTS TO THIS EVENT WILL BE ENTERED TO WIN A PAIR OF TICKETS TO A CONCERT OF YOUR CHOICE FOR THE 2024 NARA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES. WINNER MUST BE PRESENT AT EVENT AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT BAND INTERMISSION. FOOD VENDORS: There will be assorted food vendors onsite with an array of options from 5 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. offering grilled and fried foods to ice cream and soft drinks. Some vendors may accept credit cards, however, some may not. DONATIONS ARE IMPORTANT TO HELP US FUND THIS EVENT AND KEEP IT GOING. YOUR SUPPORT IS NEEDED AND GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! KNOW BEFORE YOU GO -- No alcohol, drugs, weapons are permitted to be brought on event property. No Large Bags - all bags are subject to search. No alcohol or drugs are permitted. This is a non-smoking facility. All areas of the park are general admission - lawn seating. Bring your own lawn chair/blankets. No access or trespass near the fireworks area is permitted.
