Museum of Worcester Wine and Cheese Seminar and Tasting with Adam Centamore
Adam, a professional food & wine educator and author of "Tasting Wine & Cheese - An Insider's Guide to Mastering the Principles of Pairing" was a finalist for Cookbook of the Year. Adam will focus on pairing specially curated wines with cheese, and Jim Vasiliadis the "Wine Guy," from O'Hara's Wine & Liquors will again partner with us to bring his expertise to the table, and of course the EXTRA fun factor! Seating is limited, registration is required.
