This Saturday, April 29, is both Earth Day and World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day. To celebrate both occasions, join us for a free tai chi & qi gong class in the park. Class will involve a half hour of each. All around the world at 10 a.m., people will be practicing!
While tai chi was developed as a martial art, qi gong was developed for health & wellbeing. Today, both are commonly used for this purpose. They work with the body’s natural energy (qi) to promote health and our connection with nature. Take care of yourself to better take care of the earth!
Wear comfortable clothes for movement.
