Upcycled - Family-Friendly Art Event
All are welcome to Upcycled, an art show celebrating upcycled and recycled art and the beauty of making something new from used and found goods. It will take place at First Parish Church of Stow & Acton (FPC) on Sunday, March 23, 7 to 9 p.m. Come dressed in an outfit from the back of your closet or made from something in your home (or just wear your regular clothes). Admission is free.
Evening Activities will include:
• The viewing of art made from found and recycled materials
• An upcycled art trivia game
• A clothing swap table (consider bringing a piece or two of clothing to share and then taking something home)
• Upcycle-themed crafts
All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate. If you miss the show, there will be an opportunity to see the art during FPC’s coffee hour immediately following its Sunday service on March 24.
