ArtSpace: All Levels Drawing Class
6 Mondays, 6-8PM - September 16, 23, 30, October 7, 21, 28 (No class on October 14 - Indigenous Peoples Day)
We are thrilled to have Donna Melanson teaching at ArtSpace! Her approach to drawing is geared toward building basic skills using classic drawing materials and understanding key concepts of composition, perspective, depth, texture, and highlights and shadows.
The class will focus on realistic representation using creative still life and photos with the aim of sharpening your ability to draw what you see. Drawing is a basic skill - a starting point for many other mediums, or the end goal itself. This class is for beginners as well as more advanced students.
About the Instructor: Donna Melanson is skilled at working with students who have never drawn before, or who have skills but wish to learn more in a small-class setting with individual attention.
