We have all new programs for our Spring session at our Framingham Branch designed to help you learn to swim, meet new friends and get fit like Friday Youth and Teen Sports, Flag Football Training, Strength Training classes for Golfers and Runners, Boxing, and our Spring Basketball League. There will be two Lifeguard Certification courses. Parents and tots, don’t miss out on our new programs created just for you – complete with Family Open Gym and Family Open Swim that is FREE for members. At the Outdoor Center in Hopkinton our programs include archery, orienteering, geocaching and indoor rock climbing.
