Drum2BFit for Kids!
Kids ages 3-12 are invited to participate in a fun, high energy program that combines
cardio and music while beating a drum to their favorite tunes! Miss Val, a certified
cardio drumming instructor, will guide kids through basic movements like squatting,
bending, twisting and drumming. This class promotes physical health, boosts mental health and just happens to be a whole lot of fun! All equipment will be provided.
