Economic Development forum featuring candidates for governor
Join us as Delaware’s Gubernatorial Candidates come together to answer questions in a non-partisan Economic Development Candidate Forum hosted by the Delaware Economic Development Collective. The forum will be held on August 28, 2024, 6:00 p m - 8:00 pm at the Wilmington Public Library and will be livestreamed by DETV. No tickets or registration required. This event is FREE and open to the public. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Once seating has reached capacity the front doors will be closed. Doors open at 5:30p.
The DEDC is a non-partisan group comprised of Cinnaire, Cornerstone West CDC, Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce, Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League, True Access Capital, Wilmington Alliance, and the Wilmington Public Library. Collectively, our organizations work to support, advocate for, and advance economic development, small business growth, and housing and community development. Our focus is promoting economic growth by creating equitable opportunities in historically disinvested communities.
