Vendor Information
📍 Location: This year’s vendor area will be set up on the grassy space on the west side of our store.
📏 Standard Space: $15 | Approx. 10' x 10' (If you need a different size space contact us).
🔹 Vendors must bring their own table. Securely anchored tent optional.
Important Vendor Guidelines
❗ No refunds – All sales are final.
🚗 Assigned setup times will be provided. Vehicles may unload at their designated time but must be moved to the back lot immediately after.
🚧 No vehicle access to the vendor area during the event.
🛒 Tables are NOT provided.
🐴 All tack swap items must be equine-related. No live animal sales permitted.
🧹 Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and must remove all unsold items.
🎗 Unclaimed items will be donated to After The Races.
