Speakers include Executive Director of The Concord Coalition and former U.S. Rep. Carolyn Bourdeaux, Faculty Director of the Penn Wharton Budget Model Kent Smetters, former Philadelphia Fed President Patrick Harker, and other experts on economic and budget policy.
Attendees will also participate in an interactive exercise adapted from the Concord Coalition’s Principles & Priorities program, providing hands-on insight into the real-world tradeoffs of balancing revenues and expenditures in fiscal policymaking.
