The Comedy Works Bristol (located inside Georgine’s Restaurant, 1320 Newport Rd., Bristol, Pa) starts off Spring weekend with an Exclusive Comedian headliner Tom Daddario and Australian Comedian Maria Herman on Friday, March 20 at 8:30 PM and Saturday, March 21 at 8:30 PM. Tom Daddario is a New York City-based comedian performing throughout the northeast. Tom has made appearances on Comedy Central as well as at The Comedy Cellar (New York City), The Borgata (Atlantic City), The Laugh Factory (Las Vegas), Funny Bone (Toledo, OH), and many more over his 25-year career. As an actor, Tom is finished up his feature film “Pancake & Syrup” that he helped co-write and direct with Robert Cividanes. They both star in the film about an Actor and Comedian that struggle with alcohol & drug recovery as they travel across the country making some choices along the way, sometimes good ones and sometimes.....not so much. The film has received great reviews in many of the film festivals it has been featured. Comedian Maria Herman proves that you can take the girl out of Australia, but you can’t take the Aussie out of the girl. Maria’s friendly Aussie style makes her an audience favorite and gives her global comedic appeal. Mix in growing up in a shack in Australia with a pet kangaroo, and you’ve got all the happy moments for funny. Maria is a former Radio Morning Show Personality and an award-winning journalist, newsreader and voice over actor. She’s been in dozens of TV and Radio ads; is the narrator of ‘Orion and the Orcas’ children’s books; and as a comedian has appeared on KUSI’s Good Morning San Diego and UTTV’s Comic Strip. She’s performed for the Troops in the Middle East, and at International Festivals including Edinburgh, Amsterdam and Perth, Australia. She’s appeared at Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club Las Vegas NV, Punchline Sacramento/ Philadelphia, Icehouse Comedy Club Pasadena CA, House of Blues San Diego CA and Rick Bronson’s House of Comedy AZ to name a few. Also appearing will be a special guest Comedian. You never know who is going to show up to do a guest set and work out new material.
