We’ll talk about what distinguishes middle grade writing from adult or young adult work as well as tapping into your own pre-adolescent experience, discovering what themes matter to today’s MG audiences, and embracing even dark or difficult topics. We’ll also do some short exercises designed to help you find your character's voice.
