The Artist Inside You Online Workshop
Edutainment Productions Inc. at OSA is excited to announce "The Artist Inside You," a groundbreaking online workshop that serves as an introduction to the our highly anticipated Innovation's Edge program: a program that represents the first large-scale initiative in the DMV that fully involves the regional ecosystem of business professionals and hiring managers to equip youth and community members with the knowledge, connections, and self-agency to incorporate their unconventional skills into their careers. By exploring the intersection of creative thinking and professional success, participants learn to translate creative potential into tangible career advantages.
“The Artist Inside You” online workshop will take place on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, at 7PM EST and will offer you the opportunity to discover your creative potential, learn about how Innovation’s Edge can benefit your organization members, and gain information on how you can potentially join the program’s mentor network.
During the hour long workshop, I.E. Luckey, Director of Talent Acquisition for Edutainment Productions Inc. at OSA and visionary behind the Innovation’s Edge program will share his insights on how HR professionals, business leaders, and employees should be reimagining professional development in the modern day. Through engaging visualization exercises and case studies, you will learn about topics such as the creative thinking crisis, modern workforce challenges, and how you can utilize the artist inside of you to navigate towards increased role adaptability and/or more informed hiring decisions.
